Used in domestic, agricultural and industrial applications, pressure vessels are a safety measure installed to contain volatile and dangerous liquids. These liquids can generate high internal pressure and should be stored within a pressure storage tank.

What is a pressure vessel?

A pressure vessel is an enclosed tank that holds liquids, gases or air at a higher pressure than normal air pressure. These tanks can support several hundred pounds per square inch of internal pressure.

How does a pressure vessel work?

In domestic settings, most vessels are designed to work in conjunction with a pressure boosting set. They work by automatically pressurising water from the mains without a pump. The vessels have the added benefit of protecting the pump by absorbing any shock to the system.
