What is a drum pump?
A drum pump is a large mechanical tool, ideal for pumping liquids from and to canisters, drums and containers with thin-bodied, free-flowing and viscous liquids. Suitable for stationary or mobile use, drum pumps ensure the safe dispensing and transferring of liquids.
How does a drum pump work?
Drum pumps work with a motor to power the suction tube that is inserted into the drum or barrel to draw the liquid out. The impeller or rotor at the bottom of the tube moves the liquid from the drum and discharges it through the top of the pump.
