Memdos LB mechanically actuated diaphragm dosing pumps play an important role in the reliable and accurate dosing of liquids in varying processes from municipal water or wastewater through to pool water treatment, CIP systems, AD Biogas applications and effluent treatment plants.
Standard units are available in PVC/FPM with fixed speed, manual stroke length adjustment and 415/3/50 motors. Optionally they can be supplied with 230v or 110v motors, with motors de-rated for VSD and servomotors for automatic stroke length adjustment.
In addition, the MEMDOS LB pumps can also be supplied with an optional double diaphragm
System and can also be supplied in ATEX versions with either conductive PTFE or 316SS wet ends with Ex e or Ex de for zones 2 & 1 respectively.
