Mono Pump Spares
The Mono (M) range of progressive cavity pumps is capable of handling both viscous liquids and random solids. Its stator is chemical and abrasion resistant. The stainless steel rotor is design to precision standards and the drive shaft is mechanically sealed. This range of pumps can be used for draining cellars, garden irrigation, septic tank emptying, water pumping from rivers, streams and wells, vegetable oils, diesel and water based ink. The CMS hardware kit that is suitable for the MS pump models; Motors specific to each pump design. The CML 253 progressive cavity pump uses a motor with a power capacity of 0.75 kilowatts at 240 volts. The CML 263 model uses a 0.55 kW, 415 V motor. The CMM 263 model uses a 0.37 kW and 415 V motor while the CMM 253 model uses the 0.37 kW, 415 V motor. Other mono pump parts include a 0.18 kW, 4-pole, 240 V motor for the MS 241 pump, and a 0.18 kW, 415 V motor for the CMS 271 mono pump. Further pump spares include; Barrel body parts - serial number CDM 112100 that will fit all Mono CMS range pumps:
-A seal kit - number M 806525G - that will suit the entire MS range of mono pumps
- A stator kit for the entire MS range of pumps. The kit consists of one MS nitrile stator, a barrel gasket and four each of bolts, nuts and washers.
- A rotor kit - part number 19571 - for the whole range of MS pumps
- A hardware kit that suits the MM / Ml range of mono pumps
- The MK3 coupling kit - part number 19573 –that suits the MM / ML pump range. This kit consists of one coupling and one bright washer. It is also suitable for GF, GG and GH pump models.
